No, this is not possible. You must submit your application to the municipal administration (if you are legally resident in Belgium) or to a Belgian diplomatic or consular post (if you live abroad). A 9ter or 9bis application may be submitted by a lawyer by registered letter to the Immigration Office.

Applications for international protection must be submitted in person at the following address: Pachecolaan 44, 1000 Brussel (Cube) om 08u30.

You can request this by e-mail (with an address that matches the identity) by providing the following information: (surname, first name, date of birth and nationality).
Also send a legible copy of a national passport or national identity card.

All the necessary documents for your application must be submitted by the municipality, an embassy or a consulate (outsourcing office, Global Office, TLS). Your file must be complete when you submit your application.
