The Immigration Office launched the website www.asylumregistration.be!
Applicants for international protection can now find practical information on the registration process. On the website steps such as the security check and fingerprinting are clearly explained in 16 different languages via text, audio and videos.
In the queue and waiting rooms, posters with QR codes point applicants to the website, which they can access via freely accessible Wi-Fi. In addition to the website, information is also offered via document folders, information kiosks and brochures. In this way, we offer correct information in an approachable way, tailored to the target audience.
By properly informing applicants about the purpose and course of the registration, the registration can proceed more smoothly, efficiently and qualitatively.
