Any person who is not exempt and who wishes to stay in Belgium for more than 90 days must pay a fee for each application he/she submits.
The fee covers the costs of processing the residence application.
The Royal Decree of 9 February 2022 sets new amounts. This Royal Decree entered into force on 26 May 2022.
