The contribution fees will be indexed starting from 1 January 2026 as follows :
Fee covering the administrative costs related to the submission and examination of residence applications :
- for applications referred to in Article 1/1, § 2, 1°, of the law of 15 December 1980 : EUR 242 instead of EUR 236;
- for applications referred to in Article 1/1, § 2, 2°, of the law of 15 December 1980 : EUR 377 instead of EUR 368;
- for applications referred to in Article 1/1, § 2, 3°, 4° and 6°, of the law of 15 December 1980 : EUR 218 instead of EUR 213;
- for applications referred to in Article 1/1, § 2, 5° and 8°, of the law of 15 December 1980 : EUR 202 instead of EUR 198;
- for applications referred to in Article 1/1, § 2, 7°, of the law of 15 December 1980 : EUR 251 instead of EUR 245;
- for applications referred to in Article 1/1, § 2, 9°, 10°, 11°, 12°, 13° and 14°, of the law of 15 December 1980 : EUR 152 instead of EUR 148.
